Complex Impedance Spectra of $Li_{0.5}La_{0.5}TiO_3$-Based Ionic conductors
ABSTRACT
The dense Li0.5La0.5TiO3 and Li0.5(Ln0.2La0.3) TiO3 (Ln=Nd, Gd) ionic conductors were prepared by change of processing conditions and obtained superstructures with doubling of c-axis by substitution of Nd and Gd. As results of complex impedance analysis through separation of bulk and grain boundary impedances substitu-tion of Nd and Gd in Li0.5(Ln0.2La0.3) TiO3 affected on the relative decrease of grain boundary impedance and conductivies by grain boundary relatively increased as increasing temperature. The electrical conductivity of Li0.5Ln0.2TiO3 at room temperature was approximately 10-3$Omega$-1cm-1 and the Arrhenius plot of bulk conducti-vity showed a transition point at about 22$0^{circ}C$
