A Study on the Crystal Structure of $SrNd_2Ti_4O_12$
ABSTRACT
The mixture of TEX>$SrCO_{3}$,$Nd_{2}O_{3}$ and $Ti_{4}O_{2}$ was prepared by sintering at $1400^{circ}C$ and the crystal structure of $SrNd_{2}Ti_{4}O_{12}$ was investigated. Its crystal structure was determined by The Rietveld profile-analysis of XRD. The tetragonal space group P4 mm was used for the refinement of X-ray diffraction patterns. The crystal structure of $SrNd_{2}Ti_{4}O_{12}$ was a superlattice structure of the perovskite structure and its lattice parameters were obtained as a=3.8568$AA$ and c=7.7305$AA$ The final refined R-factors of structure refinement were $R_{wp}$=12.09% and $R_{1}$=3.62%
