$AI_2O_3-TiO_2-MgO$계 세라믹스의 소결성과 열충격 특성

Sinterability and Thermal Shock Characteristics of $AI_2O_3-TiO_2-MgO$ Ceramics
ABSTRACT
From the phase analysis through X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and energy dispersed spectroscopy(EDS) it was confi-med that MgO and TiO2 were dissolved into Al2TiO5 and MgAl2O4 respectively. The sinterability of MgAl2O4 was improved with Al2TiO5 addition and the 3-point bending strength of 10 mol% Al2TiO5 added MgAl2O4 of 184 MPa. While critical temperature difference $Delta$Tc of MgAl2O4 was 20$0^{circ}C$ that of 10 mol% Al2TiO5 added MgAl2O4 was increased to 25$0^{circ}C$
