ABSTRACT |
From the phase analysis through X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and energy dispersed spectroscopy(EDS) it was confi-med that MgO and TiO2 were dissolved into Al2TiO5 and MgAl2O4 respectively. The sinterability of MgAl2O4 was improved with Al2TiO5 addition and the 3-point bending strength of 10 mol% Al2TiO5 added MgAl2O4 of 184 MPa. While critical temperature difference $Delta$Tc of MgAl2O4 was 20$0^{circ}C$ that of 10 mol% Al2TiO5 added MgAl2O4 was increased to 25$0^{circ}C$ |
